       Stana de Vale  is said that is located  into the heart of the mountains, being situated high, in the heart of Apuseni Mountains (Vladeasa), at an altitude of 1100 meters, surrounded on all sides by mountans like fortress walls. Attractions, which makes them honor the area, are the most diverse: from the ski slopes with ski lift up to Wonder Spring, spring, about which legends transmitted by word of mouth, would say that would have healing waters. Wonder Spring waters are the clear waters, pure and the most popular in Romania.

      Besides echoing healing waters, from Stana de Vale resort still boasts a landscape of indescribable beauty, an ozone-rich air and dust free, low atmospheric pressure compared with other regions and numerous hiking trails.       Lovers of the mountain routes are also reconciled to this mountainous region: some of the main attractions in the area, are given by Mountain, Waterfall Iadolina, trekking on no more and no less than 16 well-marked trails. Following the trails here, you can see the largest waterfall in Romania: Saritoarea Bohodei, which has a height of 96 meters. Other attractions are the Cave Bear Mountain, Blessed Cave, Cave Onceasa, Nuts and Meziad Cave, leading tours to halt Cefa or to trout farm Stana de Vale. In some places, mountaineering can be dusted with outdoor grills, campfires and dinners. Also in this area, many companies choose to hold company parties or various symposia to mark important corporate events.

    Stana de Vale spa access is from the way Deva - Oradea branch Beius to Stana de Vale (a route of 25 km), wich passes through the area Buduleasa. There are hostels and hotels 2, 3 and even 4-star hotel, with affordable prices for all. The climate here is a predominant intramontane depression, tonic - stimulating with cool summers. 
   Annually, there is an average temperature of about 5 degrees, one of the main characteristics of this area is abundant rainfall and mostly in the form of snow, the snow sometimes measuring up to 90 cm, an average of 50-60 cm .
